Using Microsoft Excel to prepare Customised messages for multiple recipients (phone and other data records)

1.   The system can only support up to a maximum of 5 data field column.
2.   The first column must always be the recipients phone numbers.
3.   The data must be converted to CSV format.
3.   Clean the recipients phone number as in the standard message by using notepad.
